Lost Memories (Exhibited as part of  'Out of Context' at Bank Street Arts in August 2013.)

Lost Memories is inspired by photographs I took after I lost contact with one of my old neighbours after he suffered a stoke. My neighbour had been really proud of his garden which was destroyed by workmen after he moved to a nursing home.  My aim was to achieve a tender/cherished installation piece without the context of my relationship with my lost neighbour. I contrasted my images next to pressed flowers to try to express the destroyed beauty of the lost garden.
